Clifton Melvin Clifton joined EcoHydra as Chairman in 2004 after a long and successful career in financial services. He has a degree from Oxford University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. Clifton, a fluent Spanish speaker, has held senior management positions with Axa, KPMG, GE Capital and Credit Suisse, where he was the Chief Executive of Winterthur Life UK from 2001 to 2003. He is the Senior Independent Director of AIM listed company Just Retirement, where he also chairs the Audit Committee. |

Dan Pierson Dan is one of the founders of EcoHydra and has extensive experience in product development in pharmaceutical and healthcare arenas with a strong technical expertise as a market driven innovator and inventor. He manages the technical support, R&D, IP protection, regulatory compliance and controls manufacturing partners. |

Kate Winn-Rogers Kate joined EcoHydra in 2007 and has an extensive background in healthcare services in the UK and USA. Her expertise includes product design, claims management, operational management and new business development. She has a degree in Health Service Administration (with Honours) and has worked for major organisations including BUPA, Marsh Group, Towers Perrin, Unilever, and Prudential, amongst others. She holds Non-Executive roles with various healthcare organisations to advise on their development. |

Charles Whait Charles joined EcoHydra in 2007 as Commercial Director and has an extensive sales and marketing background in the healthcare sector. His expertise includes product and sales development within the UK NHS and identifying and establishing international sales opportunities. |

Brian Warneford Brian joined EcoHydra in 2004 and is a Chartered Accountant with his own accountancy practice. He has extensive experience advising both large and small companies, including international pharmaceutical distributors. He advises the Company on accounting requirements, financial reporting and statutory reporting obligations. |

Nick May Nick is one of the founders of EcoHydra. He has provided management and IT services to the company. He has a career background in IT consultancy working for blue chip clients, and speaks several languages fluently. |

Microbiologist
Expertise: Technical expert in microbiology and commercial application of product development
Carl is an eminent microbiologist with a BSc Hon. He has extensive experience including drug development, clinical trials, due diligence, technology transfer, market research and negotiation of commercial licensure. He is well published in technical journals and has been a lead figure in the development of business strategies, including therapeutics, diagnostics and biotechnology. Carl joins EcoHydra to guide the Executive Team in commercial application and further technical development of products.
